This page explains what data this site collects, what it is used for, and how you can ask us to delete it. In short: we only keep what you send us through the form, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we are
This site is run by Creathrive, a creative studio in Indonesia. For questions about privacy or requests about your data, write to hello@creathrive.com.
Data from the contact form
When you send a brief, we receive your name, email, brand or organisation (optional), target date (optional), the needs you ticked and your short story.
We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. The brief is sent through the email service Resend to the inbox hello@creathrive.com and is not stored in the site's database. We keep it as long as it is needed for communication and business purposes, and delete it if you ask.
Visit statistics without cookies
To understand which pages are useful, we use our own visit statistics, which use no cookies. What is recorded: the page opened, how long it was open and how far it was scrolled, actions such as pressing a button, device type, browser and operating system, language, a rough source of the visit (for example Google or Instagram), and an approximate country and city.
A visitor is represented by a random code that changes every day and cannot be traced to a person. IP addresses are not stored. Visits from browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not recorded. Statistics are deleted automatically after 13 months.
Cookies
This site uses a single functional cookie called "lang", which remembers your chosen language for one year. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
Another session cookie is used only by our team to sign in to the site's admin panel.
Third-party services
Some services process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and protection against attacks. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, so that pages can be delivered and secured.
- Resend: sends the email from the contact form to our inbox.
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app or site, and from then on WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, and withdraw any consent you gave. Send your request to hello@creathrive.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
This site is meant for people in business and is not intended for children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page and the date above is updated.
